*CHRC JOINS THE REST OF THE WORLD TO CELEBRATE THE 38TH INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY*
Under the supervision of *Prof James MOUANGUE KOBILA,* the Chairperson of the Cameroon Human Rights Commission (CHRC) the entire family of the institution joined the rest of the world to celebrate the 38th International Women’s Day which traditionally takes place on 8 March 2023, under the theme, DigitALL: Innovation and technology for gender equality.
In addition to issuing a statement to the general public to commemorate the day as well as visuals carrying some awareness messages, *mobilising for gender equality in the digital age and technological innovations* is yet another powerful message the Commission sent across through its awareness tools used during the magnificent march past by the Staff of the Commission at the boulevard du 20 Mai in Yaounde.
In the presence of *Dr GALEGA GANA Raphaël,* the Vice-Chairperson, some Commissioners and the Permanent Secretary of the CHRC, the men of the Commission and some close family members and friends turned out massively to support the womenfolk of the CHRC as they celebrated the day with several social activities at the the CHRC premises.
